Terms & Conditions:
All Pre-pay deliveries and services abide by Crowfoots Carriers standard terms & conditions which are available on request and from our website.
In addition to our Standard Conditions of carriage pre-pay customers please be aware that:
Pre-pay deliveries CANNOT be used for: · Residential house addresses (use standard credit account instead) · Timed or any other surcharged service (see standard credit account rates for detail) · Large bulky items (see terms & conditions for detail) · Hazardous chemical deliveries
Pre-pay services are subject to the usual surcharges after collection i.e. excessive waiting time or re-delivery charges if consignee cannot accept goods (list not exhaustive).
If pre-pay deliveries are found to contravene any of the above terms & conditions after collection then the relevant surcharge will be charged to the customer credit account. Payment hence forth must be made payable no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice, which are issued on a monthly basis.
Any overdue monies on the credit account may be offset by payments received for pre-pay. |

Frequently asked questions:
How do I order pre-pay tickets? There are many ways to pay. You can order straight from our website or print off the order page and send it to us with a cheque. We will aim to have the tickets delivered to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
What if I want to send more than one item to the same address? Not a problem! Simply fill out the same quantity pre-pay tickets as the number of parcels, i.e. 3 parcels to the same address require 3 pre-paid tickets filling out.
What if I want to send more than 20 kilos per parcel? Not a problem! Simply fill a separate consignment ticket from your credit account book and you will be invoiced in the usual way.
What if I use the wrong pre-pay ticket for dispatch? Our pre-pay tickets are easy and clear to use so there is limited chance of a mistake happening. All pre-pay tickets are checked back at your local depot. If the wrong ticket is used then goods may be delayed awaiting your further instruction.
Are private houses covered on pre-pay service? Unfortunately they aren't. However, you can still send these types of delivery via our normal credit account. |
